Refund policy

T&S Makes Scent is not in control of the post office shipment times or prices. Once an order is in the postal services hands T&S Makes Scents is no longer liable for broken/missing packages. Turn around is an ESTIMATED 3-5 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY, does not include holidays) unless otherwise stated. Sometimes it’s much quicker or even same day. Please note that this estimate does NOT include shipping times.
